Treatment Options
I believe in addressing the entire gamut of our life experience in order to identify patterns of thinking, behavior, and feeling. So often we have a happening in our life or relationship that tends to dominate our story going forward. We forget the things that make us successful, happy, and optimistic. Learn how to ignore the negative anomalies and focus on what makes you great.
Relationships are about giving not taking. When we both are “other focused” spending time fulfilling the others needs, a wonderful system of reciprocity emerges. Being and also being with someone successfully requires good habits and close attention to setting a positive daily tone.
